It is dry-type load cabinet used to test 10KV high pressure unit with load. The total installed capacity is 2000KW, 10KV. It divided into two areas, the front area is for electrical control room and main circuit components, and the back area is for resistance installation. In the resistance area, there are several independent cooling fans, inlet on, and outlet on roof, which guarantee the cooling of the entire system and the service life.
System consists of test control and load, mainly including dry AC load cabinet, the data acquisition system, cooling system, and remote computer control.
It has the functions:
(1) Emergency stop: force uninstall by one button manually, cannot load under emergency lock condition.
(2) Overvoltage protection: automatically uninstall and alarm when the load voltage input exceeds the safe threshold value.
(3) Short circuit protection: load circuit equipped with breaker, it will automatically uninstall under short circuit.
(4) Temperature protection: automatically uninstall when the load temperature exceeds the safe threshold value.
(5) Fan interlock protection: load cannot be loaded if the fan is power off.
(6) The fan air volume protection: automatically uninstall and alarm when any fan air volume is insufficient.
Fan thermal overload protection: automatically uninstall and alarm when any fan cannot run properly.
